"This McDonald’s is bad I’d say 60% of the time. I order ahead on the app and I’m waiting 20 minutes when I get here. I order through the drive through and it’s a normal wait most of the time. Going inside is a 20 minute wait tho. You go up to the counter and they basically ignore you, A girl saw me and then never came up and I had to get another girls attention. Never give you sauce if you order inside, and forgot my straws. We ordered food for inside and they usually bring it to you but today they decided not too. And to top it off there was a hair in my food."
"When someone someone has dietary restrictions from salt so they say no salt on their fries and have to repeat it 6 more times I’d expect that to mean no salt on their fries. Not give them the soggy old fries absolutely drenched in salt( threw those out the window ). Won’t be eating here again. Used to be the best of to go to in the early morning."
"I waited in line for almost 30 minutes for a happy meal. There were about 6 cold French fries and 0 napkins. It’s a KIDS meal, how are you not going to include napkins. No apology for the wait either."
"Worst run McDonald’s ever. I live across town. Ordered in the app and y’all completely mess up my order. All of the food was literally in pieces. The burgers looked like they had been punched. The nuggets spilled all over the bag along with the fries. And the kicker. I never even ordered nuggets, you forgot one of the burgers and instead put in nuggets. What sense does that make. Y’all are really the worst of the worst. And you won’t refund me unless I loaded up the car again and drove the ten minutes back to you. Foreal? And you want $15 an hour. What a joke. Read a damn order properly and actually make the damn order right. Pathetic."
