"Went to the drive thru to order the pick 2 and waited about 10-15 min with one car ahead of me. Came home to find out they gave me the wrong sandwich, I definitely didn’t order this. I immediately knew it was wrong because it was warm and the sandwich I always get is cold. I ordered the Turkey & Avocado BLT and this is not that. They also gave me this round hard as a rock piece of bread that I didn’t ask for. What a waste of time and money."
"They forgot to put eggs in my egg and cheese sandwich. I paid for double eggs and extra cheese. I got no eggs and barely any cheese. My order was sitting in the counter until I asked for it."
"Apparently waiting 25 minutes for a 60% full cup is perfectly okay. I asked why it was so low and she told me it was because they normally fill the rest with whipped cream. I'd rather just not get my drink at all. Sorry for the inconvenience... lazy people."
"$7 for a sloppy, cold (I picked up as soon as I was texted for drive through) breakfast sandwich with a rock hard chunk of avocado that still had rind from the pit on it. Train your employees! Would you like to eat it that way?"
