"Not very good. The chicken had a white slime under the breading. The chicken had little taste. The mashed potatoes were not good. They seemed to be old, the gravy was like magic shell, It was almost set up on the potatoes."

"Complete rip off. Fill up box. several class action lawsuits about false advertising. when the meal does not look like the portions in the pictures. I paid extra for the side of Mac and cheese. Look at the picture of the fill up box and look at the picture I am adding. I tried talking to the guy about it and he walked away. Should send this to the lawyers dealing with other fast food chains."

"Ordered 2 2 piece breast dinners only got one. The other had a breast and wing. Food was ok. There is usually black older gentleman working the front counter very friendly and on top of things. When he is there food is great and service is too but he hasn't been there last couple of times I was there."

"The food was good. Specifically asked them to check that they had the item prepared for my desired item, so that I would not have to wait. The man manning the order line pulled out a tray and said yes. I ended up waiting 24 minutes, longer than I have ever waited for carry out."

"Messed up order. Unhappy at me for saying so. Update: went in the place look clean. There's one person in front of me but he was just leaving. I wanted two chicken thighs and they said well we don't have any original dark meat for 20 minutes. So I had to opt for extra crispy which I've never had before. And it just seemed like it was re-breaded chicken that was refried. But the problem was when I walked in one of the male employees came out of the men's restroom and I looked at his hands and he still had flour on his hands. And as I was waiting for my order he actually went back in the bathroom again and came back out still with flour on his hands. So let that be a warning to anybody that goes to this location. That is a violation. And I hope somebody from the health department sees this. Anyways, there were about three or four males young teen to 20-year-olds working in the back that seem to just be having too much fun and the woman on the phone was doing her job and she was stressed up because she kept answering the phone because of messed up orders. She was trying to relay the information to them but they were having too much fun to even listen to her. The two other girls that were working there were actually working in the front and actually just doing their job. Whoever owns this, I hope you read this. Because this is what takes a business down. It's this type of horseplay and bad service. Although the food was okay and the restaurant was clean, I honestly don't think I'm going to come back for another 6 months or so. At least I want to wait until these party guys with the bathroom hands leave the facility once and for all. That was so disturbing on so many different levels. I should have just walked out."
