"UPDATE. The manager and the crew itself is absolutely horrible. Turning down tons of orders being extremely rude. Unprofessional. 3 people working weather is 5pm 7pm or 9pm they don’t do their damn jobs no matter what time. Lazy employees. Lazy manager. Ungrateful. Don’t ever go here. Save yourself the time. Horrible service. If I could give one star I would. Went through the drive through waited about 10/15 minutes. Everyone got out of line behind us. The workers weren’t even in the building they were outside fooling around. Went back inside had their headsets on just watching everyone leave. Went back around they put cardboard over the window so nobody could see them. Horrible attitude. Wasn’t expecting much because it was Popeyes but damn this location needs some work."
"The wait is always long & that's ok with me but if I wait & my chicken not hot but warm order all wrong & no apple pies never... like idk what Popeyes have come to but they haven't been the same in yrs none of them it's the employees no value for the brand anymore hire people that are happy & appreciate their jobs."
"do not waste your money here we pulled up to the first window and they told us to pull up in front for red beans and rice. They told us it was gonna take four minutes and we was waiting for 20 minutes so then my mom had to go in the store and then, another coworker came out and I wrote down the window and he just threw the food in the car and I said thank you and he didn’t say anything back , no good costumer service !"
"If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a shrimp combo and 12 ghost pepper wings. After getting home there was only 6. I use my gas to go tell them and the huge white lady w dirty buck teeth over here talking about so you want 6 more with a attitude. Duh! Even though a place w proper professionalism would have re-made the whole 12 but this is Popeyes. Professionalism isn't in their vocabulary. I won't be back. Gas is too high to not know how to count to 12 and have an attitude. Pick a struggle. And to add insult to injury, when we went to eat the chicken, plastic was fried in it. That's a lawsuit."
"This is what they’re serving as “5 piece chicken tenders” they’re little & flat it looks like it’s been ran over. They’re dry, old, looks like it’s been sitting under the heat lamp for at least 8 hours. This location really needs to close down or hire competent workers that understand what “inedible” means."
