"I haven’t been at this location in Euclid in years. The lennie Kravitz looking guy at the counter seemed like to hate his life and was rude to every customer , the other cashier hid off in the back doing God knows what. No love was put into the sandwiches he didn’t even throw napkins in the bag or say have a good day. $21 dollars for some mediocre subs will not be returning"
"Ordered 8 subs for everyone at work today. Not 1 of them were labeled or toasted and poor Julie's was all mayo like no steak. Disgusting. Very disappointing. My sub was soggy af. Ill drive to willowicks next time. Commen sense to of labeled them. Didn't get the receipt either."
