"Ordered online right from Donatos at 6:41, delivery time given was 7:16. At 7:30 I called the store and was told it would be another 15-20 minutes because they only had one driver. While I understand that the system sets the delivery time, I'm sure the employees are able to see the promised time. A phone call would have been appreciated."

"Ordered Donatos for the first time today for myself. I ordered one chocolate chunk cookie, 1/2 garlic asiago cheese bread, and medium hand tossed serious cheese pizza. The cheese bread was ok. I have tasted better, way better. The pizza looks burnt or overcooked, and not even cheesy. It tastes pretty bad. The cookie is visibly warm as can be seen from the bag it's in. The package says it has sea salt. If I had seen that online when I ordered, I wouldn't have ordered it. There is too much sea salt for me. The cookie overall is good though. I won't order from here again. Gave it a 2 because the food was hot and the cookie was good."

"Love going to places where there's moody teenagers working with attitude. They also don't wear hair nets while cutting and making the food. Let's hope no long hair falls into my pizza."

"This is the closest Donato's to me it's over 10 miles away. I usually love their food. I stopped going to this location a few years ago because of burnt food. I recently started going again, in fact, this was my 3rd order in the last few weeks. I ordered a pizza and drove 20 minutes to get my pizza, it wasn't quite ready when I got there. The lady tells me to be careful because there are 2 pieces of paper on bottom of pizza and it might get stuck. She then tells me she forgot to put my extra cheese on the pizza and re-cooked it? I asked if the pizza was OK, she said yes and tilted it towards the drive thru window, i couldn't see it but took her word for it. I get home & open the box, the pizza is burnt, we try to eat it anyways, the paper is stuck to parts of the pizza, it might of been in the oven on the pizza while extra cheese was being cooked on it. We ate a few pieces buy it was inedible, I look at the receipt for their phone number and saw the survey, I went online , filled it out, and gave my contact info for a call back.... It's been a few days and no phone call and no email either. They lost a customer AGAIN!"
