"Hands down the worst pizza hut I've ever had to deal with in my life. I would highly recommend you stay away from this place unless you care to never receive your order or get cussed at and screamed at by the general manager that works there. And then having to deal with the worst call center worker who is just as rude as the manager. Not to mention I was hung up on three times while trying to explain my situation. And of course they aren't responsible for their app having bugs and screwing up your order. So needless to say I will no longer take my business to pizza hut after having to deal with frustration and extremely rude employees."
"The last two times I have been here, there have been no personal pan pizzas ready. The guy with the glasses and beard (who is the only guy I ever see working here) has had the nerve to tell me that he would have to make a personal pan, like it's an inconvenience for him, and it's going to take at least a half hour. A half hour. For one personal pan pizza. What do they pay this guy to do? His whole job is to have pizzas ready or at least in process. I don't believe he should be allowed to tell customers he has no pizzas, it will take 30 minutes to make one, and he just doesn't really feel like doing it."

"Normally I have a positive experience at this location. On my last visit I walked in and my name was on the screen saying my order at the exact time I walked in... 40 minutes later I was getting a little irritated. I'd be a little more upset if the food wasn't good. For pizza hut it's good as always from this location. I hope this is just an isolated incident."
