"Coach Jake and Coach Shawna are the real deal!!! My nephew, son, and I just started training here and we're excited to call this gym home. The coaches are great with dividing their time among students who need extra coaching without neglecting other students. I've been to gyms where they primarily try to coax you in with "fancy moves" and I am pleased to say this isn't the case. Not only do they both preach the importance of basics but they encourage improvement so you'll someday also be able to perform those fancy moves! It's a gym fit for all levels and as a beginner I feel comfortable being here. I'll share an update a few months from now but I definitely highly recommend this gym."
