"I will NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN! First time visiting and last time and to make matters worse this was an ONLINE ORDER! there's no way they should have got this incorrect! I walk in and the heavyset guy is stating very loudly "I'm crying and not from these onions that I just cut, from something I just watched on social media" WELL THAT'S THE PROBLEM!! you're watching SOCIAL MEDIA AND NOT DOING YOUR FREAKING JOB CORRECTLY!!! I got a small veggie sub very simple, I'm a vegetarian they only put a couple things on there and cheese they didn't listen to my order at all.. I'm literally starving because I have to feed my kids and I HAVEN'T ATE FOR DAYS AND when I get a little piece of money for myself my order is just cheese and bread literally. You should never ever judge a book by its cover because you don't know what someone else is going through and to Jack a person's order up like that?!! Unreal!!! literally give me nothing but bread is highly highly ridiculous you ought to be ashamed of yourself.. wasted my gas money coming to this place and never again! I will stick with the Penn station on West 117th from now on... They know how to follow directions and read"

"The whole staff other than one guy was really dry. You can tell they hate their jobs and would rather be anywhere else but how is that the customers fault? I came in with a good attitude and left feeling off put because some man/boy with a ponytail clearly had some chip on his shoulder and his “sure” when I asked for packets of vinegar in the bag was so clearly laced with passive aggression followed by an eye roll like a middle school girl."

"By far the worst food I’ve received from a Penn Station location last night. Couldn’t even eat my food due to an allergy with mushrooms, after clearly stating no mushrooms. The cheese wasn’t even melted & there was barely any chicken on the subs!!!! My whole order was rushed, literally a waste of money! Horrible experience"
