"Visited two different nights. Skimpy on the toppings for all my tacos in my cravings box from my first visit. Second visit, the lady at the window missed my drinks. She first denied there were any drinks in my order so I had to show her my phone. She then went to pour the wrong soda AND get her hands drenched under the running soda. She was definitely on some drug. I decided not to correct it as I felt embarrassed for her and zoomed off with my order. I will be going to the next Taco Bell over from now on."

"This is the third time I've ordered from this location specifically, first time my order got cancelled prior to the store ever closing so I couldn't get it door dashed, second time they gave out my $79 order to the wrong person without even checking and when I called the store they told me I should call and let them know the name of the driver but how is that the customers responsibility?, now tonight I order well before closing to get it door dashed and once again my order got cancelled, I will be calling the store in the morning and speaking with management, the night crew purposely leaves the phone off the hook to avoid complaints this is absolutely unacceptable and that's coming from someone who worked in the food industry as well. I'll also be contacting corporate."

"Tacobells in this general area are the absolute worst. Avoid at all cost. I had a piece of wood in my potatoes, and they used a dirty disgusting wrapper for my burrito which was extremely soggy and falling apart."
