"Workers at night on 2/14/24 refused to give back receipt after asking for it several times because they needed to see it to know what our order was after ordering 3 minutes prior. Food was missing and food was wrong(ordered a double big mac but recieved a normal one. Big upcharge). Wasn't worth going back and arguing with a bunch of people who clearly didn't want to be there and didn't care. Worst McDonalds in the Parma/Parma Heights area."
"Not giving any stars for this location. I ordered two 20 piece nuggets and got a 6 piece only thru delivery. Fries were not even halfway cooked. I tried calling the store and no answer. And they are open 24 hours. Never coming back to this chain ever again. This location is a joke and I'm not even laughing."
"So I order on the app an I ordered nuggets picked the amt of sauces they allowed. Then I went into sides an sauces to order extra cause 2 sauces is just not enough thinking if they gave a separate spot to order extra then they must of charged me. Twice the MANAGER just takes the sauces out of the girl bagging my foods hands (right in front of me by the way) an only gives her 2 to give me. Now if you saw as a MANAGER I ordered extra thru YOUR APP wouldn't you come yourself an try to explain to me instead of thinking which you had to be thinking what you says goes. No instead he had me hold up the line cause the kid they hired didn't understand an just kept saying that's all he is allowing. Had he come to the window first I had no prob paying extra not my prob your app didn't charge me. Unbelievable I wouldn't go out to eat if I couldn't afford to get what i want an how i want it. You might but not me it's not worth going if I can't eat the way I want. I just can't with these kids now a days. No work ethic installed at all. I am also to blame I have a 22 yr old but still...."
"I ordered the adult happy excited to see what toy I would get. They brought back the nugget toys from the 90's. I got the 10 piece nuggets with extra honey mustard. What I got was a 10 piece dried out fries were fine no honey mustard but got BBQ instead no extra that I paid also no toy. I paid $12 for that very disappointing and no excuse to screw it up it wasn't even busy"
