"Unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone to send their kids to. Its like a zoo in there to be honest."

"Took a friend to drop her kids off, watched as staff interacted with the kids while I waited. I could tell the staff really enjoyed being there with the kids. Very professional and fun!!"

"My child has been attending for several months. They were fairly good working with me about her food sensitivities, although it took a few conversations due to their state regulations of having dairy with every meal and snack. I had to explain she was getting what she needed nutritionally at breakfast and dinner according to our food allergy diets. I also noticed (i would hang out for half hour to hour before work) that children were fist fighting, throwing large toys across the room, and swinging huge objects around at each other with teachers only 5 feet away..this happened everytime we went..with the teachers not noticing. On several occasions i actually got adults attention and pointed it out, they dealt with it in a so-so manner or just yelled instead of finding something constructive for kids to do. A lot of discipline was done from across the room by yelling and not really addressing the problem or talking to the kids about their actions. My husband called them about one incident. Then recently as i was picking her up i found her crying on the playground holding her arm..i calmly went over to see what happened. A teacher said she ran her own hand over with the equipment. I had to ask them to get some ice. We sat waiting, i asked when the ice would get there, they said about 10 min. I took her inside instead..woman in office said it would be right out, i told her we might as well get it since we're inside..turns out they hadnt even started. After icing, i asked the teacher from outside if she saw what happened (needed to know how serious injury might be) her story didnt match up with marks on my daughters arm. told her i just wanted to know if she saw what happened, her story kept changing. She wrote her report out, i tead it and told her there were discrepencies and her report couldnt be filed like that. She ignored me and went to office. We followed her in to talk to office personel. I was met with bad attitudes, argument, defensiveness, and condescending remarks. I told them i just was there to voice my concern and find out what happened. I wasnt angry, calling them names, or blaming anyone. I brought up the other occasions that were an on-going concern and was met with snarky remarks like "what do you suppose we do about it" i was baffled and shocked by how they were dealing with my genuine concern as i was being respectful and calm."
