"Our family celebrated our daughter’s’ graduation here with dinner & drinks in May of 2023. Our food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were amazing ! Our server was top notch (so wish I could recall his name) & provided our family of 6 with the greatest service & made our dining experience here very special !"
"This was my first time going to red lobster and It was not my choice. I personally don't like seafood so I got a burger and fries. Others got some stuff with lobster and a salad. And kids got just normal kids food. The burger was mediocre at best. Ordered with no tomato and received with wilted lettuce and tomato. The salad we received was prepped and stored in the bowl that came out ice cold and absolutely soaked in sauce. The lobster was like rubber and they also got that sauce from the pasta on the burger bun. It seems the kitchen is a mess. The drinks where made well and the service was good but kind of absent. We spent a lot of time just waiting for our server who was super friendly and helpful just hard to find. The cost of the food was not worth the quality."
"Our waitress made our meal special. A very nice lady. Our food presentation was so delicious looking. The taste did not disappoint. Very delicious. The table had a nice look. Spacious room between tables. Nice to not have to feel like other people are listening to all you say. They need a few Christmas items to add to the look. The manager was right there making sure all was going well. I like when they keep an eye on us, but do not act like they are rushing us out. Or trying to join the party. A very nice place. Restrooms are very clean."
"Got all you can eat shrimp, service was not on point today, very slow. Wasn't that busy. Waited forever for extra shrimp. But other then that not bad. The picture of the shrimp was called dragon something. It was a special it was pretty good!"
"My server was fantastic. They paced the food as I ate, were super attentive and friendly. Best attitudes I’ve seen at a restaurant in Ashtabula county. All my food was cooked perfectly and presentation was great too. Walt’s shrimp is as prime as ever. Endless shrimp is going on now as well if you’re hungry enough. Would definitely stop here again."
