"Me and my friends came here to enjoy a nice meal after a long day to wind down and relax. We come in, order our food, and sit down to wait for our food. As we are waiting, this unkind lady in the kitchen comments rudely on my friends “mouth guard” (he has a retainer for medical reasons) and begins to berate him. Additionally when I went up to pick up my food she made an unpleasant comment on my cultural name which I did not appreciate. It made me and my friends feel very unwelcome. Otherwise the food tasted good although a little bit more pricey than I can usually afford. I hope that the lady has better days to come because it seemed as if there was something troubling her. May God Bless her."
"I'm here now. Coffee is hot. Seating is varied. Plenty of outlets if you have work to do and need to stay charged. Attendant was checking to make sure the coffee containers were full when I walked up. Bring your own cup and sign in at the kiosk if you don't like dealing with people. This comes from a person who works a couple hrs at Panera 3-4 days a week. This is my first and probably only visit, though, as I live far from here, so no promises for conditions under other managers. Also, didn't eat. Just had coffee."

"We haven’t had Panera in a while and decided to order it for dinner. I typically get the frontega chicken and we normally order some bagels for breakfast the next morning. I couldn’t really tell what was on the sandwich as it was so thin you couldn’t see much. I felt like there was a box that said “check here if you don’t want anything but two pieces of bread”. It was also burned and the overall taste was basically charred bread. The cinnamon crunch bagels were also different - basically cinnamon and no crunch. Not planning on returning soon."
"Our party of 6 dined here a couple weeks ago. The dining room was empty yet there was not a clean table in the place. Trash and dirty plates were everywhere. The meal was $120 for 6! I emailed customer service weeks ago and never heard back. Panera used to be a high quality value. Now it's a ripoff with ZERO customer service. Avoid!"
