"Food is never on time, music is always blaring from the kitchen, always have to wait for service at the counter, most recently 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. This last time I was told my order was ready and had to wait 35 minutes to get my order of 20 wings. Backed up on orders and o ly using one fryer and only making one order at a time and pausing in between those orders. Scheduling is horrible at this location at I was there at 5:15 pm and watched 3 e.ployees clock out and leave with one bringer her child out of the kitchen area before she left."
"Worst experience Ive ever had at Wingstop. Waited 1.5 hours for my order. Called around 1 hour of waiting to get a refund, and she insisted it was coming out. Waited another half hour till it finally came out. Got home, wings OLD and dried up. NO RANCH. Horrible. I need a refund asap."
"I ordered late evening through the phone the the guy that picked up was really nice and provided great customer service he give me a 30 minute pick up time and when I came everything was ready and the checkout process was really quick which I appreciate"
"I waited in the store for over a half hour for my food. They kept telling me that I was up next, but I watched multiple rude door dashers get their food before me. The wings were good but the fries were cold and soggy. This was my first time trying wingstop, and it will probably be my last. The female employee was apologetic about the wait and was nice at least."
"If you come here be ready on any day to wait thirty minutes or longer. They are extremely understaff with one to two people in the kitchen. Even for the wait your food might not be correct. Maybe when more staff is hired the customer service would be better. But until then unless you're really in a bind. Do Not Come Here! Find another place for wings."
