"They're fine when they are actually there? This is not the first time I have tried to get food during their business hours and they closed early, and they just let you sit there indefinitely waiting to order and never acknowledge you. I'm hungry."

"The morning & day shift crew team are absolutely wonderful. I have gone to this location for a long time, but yesterday's ridiculousness was just too much. I had a large order for hungry, picky teenagers. Now I come from ohio city to this location because it's the one I prefer & I don't wait too long for food. I came home with my order bagged & stickered so I assumed everything was in the bags, only to find I had 4 items that were not in the bags. Ok I'm not that upset it was a big order & people make mistakes. So I call the restaurant & explain what I was missing & the crew member on the phone was very nice apologized & I told him I was sending my husband up with the receipt to pick up the items I paid for (& the only thing one teen would eat so he had to wait longer). My husband get to the register & the crew member calls out what to make. The man in the back with the black shirt (who just happened to be the manager who name is Raymond) starts to run at the mouth that he put everything in the bags he apparently doesn't make mistakes. Now my husband is hearing this guy just being a complete tool! He can't believe this guy is fussing over 4 items being made like a child. I paid for my food (like over 40 items) I expect to get all of my food & yes you did make a mistake but to run your mouth out to paying customers is real bad business! This wouldn't be the first time this guy has acted a fool in this restaurant to his employees as well. I don't believe I will patronage this Taco Bell anymore with my business. It's a shame this one guy can completely turn a customer off to an otherwise nice establishment."

"This was my worst Taco Bell experience ever. I ordered a burrito which was completely flattened and completely burnt and rockhard. Not to mention, I ordered a 12 pack of Cinnabon delights, which I did not receive, a whole, six dollars just wasted. The girl had no clue what she was doing. She asked for my order about four different times and she said she did not know how to make something. Taco Bell’s are going downhill and let me just say I am not a fan. My girlfriend also got an iced coffee, which had absolutely no ice, and just tasted completely like water, on top of that my fruit punch that I got I might as well just have ordered a water. This location needs to be shut down, and there needs to be better hire training procedures for these new people."

"Believe it or not it tastes just as it should. Every now and then you need Taco Bell. My 4 year old grandson ate 4 soft tacos himself. Great take home treat for the whole family."

"The last two times I have tried to get food here, my order had been wrong. The first time, they simply gave me crunchy tacos instead of soft, so no worries. Today, well, today at least my drink is right. What was in the bag isn’t anything I ordered. Not sure what it smells like, but it doesn’t smell appetizing. Wish I could say I’m surprised. There was only a little time to stop between jobs today, so looks like no dinner for me. Thanks, Taco Bell."
