"Didn't think I would ever give a review for McDonald's but my simple meal was outstanding. I have not had a McDonald's fish sandwich 10 years. They were on sale two for $5.69 and let me tell you they were fresh and delicious. By far the best fast food fish sandwich of any chain in my opinion. Also the people who served me at the drive-thru could not have been any nicer. Big thumbs up!"

"This is the second time I’ve had issues with the Whitney Road location. I’m a very understandable and patient person when I know a business is busy, but to not give me HALF of my order is just ridiculous. I was in a hurry and needed to grab dinner on my way home for the family and they didn’t even give me both of my kids orders. The young man working the drive thru with long curly hair seemed like he couldn’t care less if we got our correct order and just shrugged his shoulders at me so I just left because I did not have the time to deal with this. My husband and I had to give the kids our food and go out and get something else to eat for ourselves once we had the chance. Paid $30 for an order that I got half of. I was beyond mad at this McDonald’s for such horrible service."

"Visited this location on Sunday 9/24 around 1:30 PM to pick up a door dash order and was met with a terrible experience and rude staff member. I walked in the store and approached the counter and was completely ignored. Then two more customers after me approached the counter. A woman finally came to the front of store and helped the other customers first and still completely ignored me. I politely let her know that I had a door dash order and she (without acknowledging me) rudely stated that it was still being worked on. The unprofessionalism and lack of customer service is completely outrageous! Fire her and do better."

"They gave me a burger that was at least 3-4 hours old. The meat would not even bend. Took one bite and spit it out immediately because I didn’t know what was in my mouth. I know it’s fast food but there are still paying customers, especially seeing as McDonald’s is much pricier nowadays. Employees need to have a little pride in their work and consider what they’re serving. If they wouldn’t eat it chances are other people wouldn’t either."

"Horrible customer service! When I ordered my food at around 6:40pm-7pm, I originally ordered a large coke zero with my meal. When they brought my food out to me, they forgot about it. I was going to let it slide until I missed my bus going back to Cleveland, so I stayed and tried to request my drink. I showed the cashier my receipt and he told me “I’ll give you your drink this time because it’s just a drink, but next time try to request it a little earlier.” Excuse me, but are you lecturing me for a mistake on YOUR part??? I have done nothing wrong here! I paid for this drink and you guys never brought it out to me. This is poor customer service at its finest! Next time this happens, I’m speaking to the manager."
