"The food just wasn't as good as it used to be but it was clean enough and the service was nice"
"On Dec 4th at about 650pm I called rocky river Penn Station to place a order when some girl answered the phone I asked to place a order and she hung up on me. I called back three other times and she kept hanging up on me. So I decided to go up there thinking there phones might be messed up. As I arrived at 7pm I walked to place my order at the register I saw a girl with red hair and blue and black shirt on working with a skinny kid with black hair. While waiting 10 mins to order I heard the girl with red hair say someone keeps calling and I keep hanging up on them. I guess she thought that I wasn't paying attention and I wasn't going to tell her it was me calling because I would rather speak to the manager. After saying she keeps hanging up on someone I heard her say and I don't care i will keep hanging up on people all night. Now if this store is losing money. .. then it's prob because of this girl. I can't believe she had the guts to laugh and say that right on front of me but with her back turned while she was taking to that kid"
"Greasy, burnt food scorched in dirty grease. This franchise was sooo good in the early 2000's. Now it's over-priced and the food quality has nose-dived."
"They have awesome fresh, hot food. The potatoes are cut and fried in front of you! The customer service is effective, though it could be little bit more friendly or welcoming. Nice, clean restaurant with a lot of seating. Could easily bring a small group with comfortable seating."
