"Not sure what’s going on with this location, we have placed many orders here as Berea locals and it’s steadily declining. Today our cheese bread was cut into triangles and my husbands pizza appeared like it was dropped or just poorly made, almost all the cheese and toppings were piled up on one side of the pizza. I tried to call in, it just rings and disconnects…"

"Ordered 3 large stuffed crust pizzas with REGULAR crust, with in-store pickup and Included 20% tip. Got all three pizzas with THIN stuffed crust. The crust was so thin that the cheese and toppings would slide off as soon as you pickup the slice. With some slices, the bottom part of the bread was so thin that it would separate from the stuff crust portion on pickup. Had problems with orders from the Berea location before. Starting to think that the owners of these location maybe trying to cut corners and save a few pennies when people with foreign names order."

"The employee that waited on me was nice. The manager that came out to help her with something, put my change on the pizza box and said" here you go" no eye contact. Very rude! The pizza itself was ok, the stuffed crust was overwhelming. It was like 2 inches of crust and the cheese inside had no taste. Others in the family said the same"

"Normally I’m not a fan of Papa John pizza. However, this location is exceptionally clean, easy to access and quite quick. They made my pizza super fast and with pretty much no ugly parts. If I want good pizza I will patronize a family restaurant 1st. But if I’m looking for quick and quantity I will definitely return."
