"Great family time. But No lifeguard and no boat rentals. Also changing rooms closed but bathrooms open. Wearing a watershoe encouraged due to wet floors. Toilets flush. Beach was clean. Have a volleyball net so bring a ball. Swings up, fishing, grills (charcoal) and can even rent a tent. Visited memorial day weekend 2022. The Cafe was open at 1pm. They have limited menu. I only had a cup of Honey Hut ice cream (no cones)."
"CLOSED IN WINTER An average park snack bar, nothing special, but ok to grab a snack if you're swimming in the lake or playing frisbee in the park. No indoor seating, but there are picnic tables in the park."
"Never was at the cafe except to get my wifes lost phone back in July. Walked around the park for a bit and that was about it. Its quiet and peaceful this time of the year. Love listening to the waterfalls and nature."
"A good place to stop off after a long day of swimming at Wallace Lake. A bit heavy on the prices. and the amenities are what you expect for the Metroparks."
