"Feel like I was punished for coming in to pick up my pizza. The woman at the register got flustered when her system froze while I was trying to pay. They had to restart that register. I was made to wait behind 5 other customers, the woman at checkout was literally calling them over before me even when I tried to say something. A worker noticed how long I had been there and tried to say something to the manager on shift, he just shrugged it off. I felt like I was apologizing for the inconvenience more than they were. How does a pizza pickup become a 25 minute ordeal where I feel like I was a burden to a place of business?"

"We order from Marco's very frequently but as of recently, the quality of the pizza has been going downhill. For three weeks in a row now the crust has had a weird texture and has more of that cardboard flavor. On top of this (and this has always been a problem) the pizza at Marco's is never cut properly. If you order an XL you may have some slices suitable for a three-year-old and others that are the equivalent of two to three slices. We attempted to call this location to express our concern and they simply told us nothing had changed and did not want to do anything to rectify the situation. They likely have lost a customer who was getting carryout there more than we even should."

"I ALREADY SENT THIS TO THE FEEDBACK SITE AS WELL! I order from this place frequently. It’s one of the only pizza places that do half-pizza sauce and half no sauce. As a busy mom of three we order from this place at minimum three times a month but on really busy months 4-5. I know that’s not good, but moving on I was always able to get a big square deal delivered. It was around $12. The big square deal went up a little bit and that was OK I understand. The delivery charge went up, and again I understand but the changes kept coming. Sometimes our pizza is late but as long as it comes hot, again no big deal a lot of people have been understaffed and they’re just trying to do the best. What’s not ok is making as constant changes expecting to keep all of your loyal customers, and then not be a little bit flexible for them in return!! I cannot get my food delivered without the subtotal being over $10 even if it’s $.89!! Even though the delivery fee is $4 and puts my total well over $10 to around $13-14. They won’t do it I have to order a few sauce cups or an expensive 2 liter. I even tried explaining that my budget is around $20 and I want to be able to get five or six dollars to the delivery driver but they don’t care which sucks because their delivery drivers are amazing! So I stopped ordering as much and have come down to 1 time a month."
