"I’m from out of the area, but was in Westlake today for other business. I stopped by this McDonald’s to grab a bite to eat and stretch my legs from the drive. The manager was the nicest man I’ve dealt with in a long time. He treated all of his customers like family. It was a really nice experience."
"Umm when someone says no pickles they don’t want a chicken sandwich that’s soggy and been sitting under a heat lamp that you peeled the pickles off of!!! Stale bread soggy chicken tasted like pickles!! WHY !? Food is supposed to be fresh not sitting under a heat lamp! Do better!!"
"I got on the dollar menu and got a McDouble with another for just a buck. My girl got fries. I love these cheeseburgers. They are great. Ate 1 and took the ither home."
"Everything remotely close to the self serve drink dispensers was sticky. The floor, the counter the napkin dispenser. Old spilled soda, straw wrappers and discarded cup lids were strewn everywhere. While i was filling our drinks an employee came over and checked if the napkins were full and completely disregarded the almost dry spills and trash everywhere. When we ordered we asked for everything to be made fresh. We waited close to 10 minutes for our order which wasn't an issue because we had asked for fresh. I picked up my order went out to my car, popped a french fry in my mouth and it was barley even warm. Definitely not fresh. Now I'm puzzled what the 10 minute wait was about. I now went to the drive through and explained what happened and asked to get actual fresh fries. The manager did okay. I pulled up to the window and not exaggerating there were 5 employees standing there staring out the little window at us like we were aliens. I'm not usually one to send food back but when you're paying so much money and waiting so long I expect to get decent food."
