"Ordered online to pickup last week and everything was going fine, once I arrived for the pickup, they said they’re about to close and they cannot make any food for the night. I was ok with that, the cashier said there will be a refund in 1-3 business days, till now still haven’t received any refunds. I’m upset about the fact that they take your money in the same minute, but to return it, it would take them days and still not get it back. Good food bad service"
"Tried to order pizza online but was having problem with entry code,I called store talked to manager never got her name but explained my situation and she immediately took care of it very kind and polite, pizza was hot and fresh lot of sausage and tasted very good,thank you marcos in north olmsted for my experience it was 5 stars"
