"I love this place. The owner is very nice and he takes pride in taking care of his customers. I look forward to visiting the location in cleveland becuase i have only been to the north olmsted location since they opened the place."

"I've been coming here since they opened, and I have to say over the last year or so things have gone downhill. I never had any particularly bad experiences, though, until today. I ordered a wrap, the employee assembling my order tho was wearing a shirt that looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks, if ever. The entire time he was putting together my wrap, his belly (and hence the shirt) was laying/brushing up against a significant portion of the wrap. If it looked like a moderately clean shirt, I wouldn't have cared all that much. But this was enough for me to lose my appetite. If that wasn't enough, it wasn't wrapped in a usable way. I would've had to re-wrap the whole thing if I had actually wanted to eat it. I decided to toss the whole thing in the trash outside and move on. Sadly it will be a while before I have the stomach to come back. I don't like to complain, but I know this business is better than this."

"Stopped in at the recommendation of a friend. I had mentioned how much I liked Bibibop and they said this place was far superior. Honestly I don't get the hype. Service was fine, biggest complaint is the food. The options seem disjointed, and don't fit well together. The vegetables were fairly bland, I was expecting Kimchi and got seasoned cabbage instead. The meat was stingy in proportions, and you could tell both the meat and the noodles were pan fried with a decent amount of oil. Hunan sauce wasn't anything to really write home about. Don't let this review deter you, this may be someone's jam. It just really wasn't mine."

"Really disappointed in this. Ordered the Korean beef bowl with kimchi. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as traditional korean barbecue steak, but honestly it was similar to something I'd expect from Taco Bell. The meat was so chewy and clearly not freshly cooked, just not good quality. The kimchi was more like seasoned cabbage as most of it didn't really seem fermented. The rice was kinda starchy and unpleasant, one of the main things that put me off. The overall flavor was just not good and I couldn't even finish the bowl. Not sure if other reviewers had better experiences because they had to drown their bowls in sauces to cover the quality issues or not, but I wouldn't recommend this place."
