"The customer service here sucks. Now I understand why this location has 4 stars and dropping. The waiters and bartenders hate their jobs, and will have you waiting upwards of 30 minutes before you’re even acknowledged. But I will give credit where credit is due, and that is in regard to the atmosphere. The atmosphere deserves five stars, and by atmosphere, I’m talking about the ambience, not the attitudes of the workers."
"We scheduled a private event at the Rocky River location last Saturday. Even though we doubled the number of attendees at the last minute, they came through beautifully. The servers were friendly and gracious and the food was really good. While planning the event, all my calls were returned promptly. Multiple attendees commented on how much they enjoyed the food and the venue."
"I recently hosted a baby shower at the Rocky River Burntwood Tavern for 40 guests. Liz was very helpful with planning our event, and on the day of the shower, Liz and Brian worked very hard to take care of our group. The food was wonderful, and the room was perfect for our event! We received many compliments and I was very happy with how it turned out. I would definitely host an event there again and would highly recommend Burntwood Tavern to others!"

"Brunch was amazing. Nice patio/open concept seating for the Summer. I had the Hot Honey chicken sandwich (comes with a fried egg) with breakfast potatoes. Delicious! The cocktails were also great. I can't wait to go back for this chicken sandwich again."
