Barrio Strongsville

"Barrio is a good decision every time! We love it. I like to see their monthly specials and their queso and salsa are so yummy. The service is always good. Their catering is also top tier."

"Second trip there and pretty much delivered on all aspects. While I lament the demise of the $2 taco in some places, in most instances they weren't much more than homemade. Barrio elevates this street food beyond that. As retired folk, we focus on happy hours where we can find them. And Barrio does have a good one though there have been some revisions on the drink menu. Still, there house margarita fills the bill. The house is less crowded at this hour so service was quick and correct. Shayla provided great insight, commentary on the menu, and just general pleasant chatter. Very impressed with the sweet corn guacamole (the street corn salsa we had last time was a bit heavy on the corn and needed some other flavoring.) The tacos ordered were also well stuffed (an improvement from last time when it seem a bit sparse) with proteins and toppings. Plenty of choices so you may want to spend some time considering all the items on the checklist or opt for the house brands. There was a list of daily special events for the holiday season and hope that will be a regular schedule of specials. Will put this on the calendar for a regular stop."

"My girlfriends and I went to dinner to catch up before the holiday madness. The service we received was phenomenal I wish I would’ve remembered my waitress name. The food was really good. I’m on a strict diet so sometimes it’s impossible for me to choose tacos but I got to build my own taco. I chose a soft tortilla shell, with shredded chicken, cheese and peppers and onions. The chicken was extremely tasty. We also went during happy hour so we got 2 half pitchers and a shot of whatever the margaritas were made with lol. I would definitely go back! Also, it was my first time there."

"Had a great experience today at the Barrio in Strongsville. Took my mom there for lunch. We normally go there in the evening. You have a super great server, Shayla, that we LOVE! Wish there was a Barrio in Medina!"

"If I could give Barrio more than 5 stars I would. It is the best taco you’ll eat AND the most economical taco you’ll eat in Cleveland. A taco will cost about $4-$5. You chose your toppings. The chips and salsa are great. The margaritas are great. The guac is awesome. If you like queso- definitely get a bowl of queso. I’d suggest ordering one more taco then you’ll need to have some great leftovers the next day. If you like tacos- you MUST try Barrio."
