Hot Head Burritos

"Okay let's be honest here. The workers are really nice people, friendly, all that. The food is good too. But what's up with charging extra for fajita veggies, or Rice, or extra for anything that is really low cost. It makes zero sense. Chipotle only charges extra for the meat, because that makes sense ! Chipotle has higher quality meat and products than Hothead does. But I prefer Hothead due to the amount of flavors and choices I can put together for different tasting combinations. That is why even though Hothead quality is not as good as Chipotle, I still prefer it. When you start charging extra for very low cost items, you will lose a lot of customers. This will Start to feel like there is no point to go to Hothead over Chipotle for a lot of people."

"We went for lunch to the Hotheads in Strongsville, Ohio. We were waited on by Megan and Grace. Their service was superb. They were extremely helpful when I needed to know what specific sauces were. They made great suggestions and we tried things we had never had before. I will definitely be back. The store was amazingly clean and the sound of veggies sautéing was like music and smelled delicious! These girls made our visit so pleasant!"

"Walking having never been to a hot heads before, wasn’t greeted coming in the door. Wasn’t sure which end of the counter to go to, to order. Guy that was supposed to be taking our order was standing behind the corner looking miserable when I asked where to go he said “it’s like chipotle”. The proceeded to sink into the corner of counter and avoid eye contact… so I then asked who was going to be taking our order because no one was ready to serve us. Felt like I was pulling teeth just to get some service. 0 hospitality. I didn’t even order what I wanted because I just wanted to get out of there so I picked a number off the menu and we jetted. Everyone seemed miserable and repressed by the one guy. No one had name tags or I’d put by name. Go to a different location. I’m sorry to the 2 other works who have to deal with that guy they don’t deserve to suffer for his incompetence."

"The "manager" seemed very irritated that we came in at 7 as they were already tearing down for the 9:00 closure. She was short with her answers to our questions and visibly rude. She became very condescending. With so many taco places in Strongsville I'd be happy anyone still comes there if I was the manager. It was empty aside from another man. Spend your money on a place that's not irritated by your presence."

"Got a burrito and chips from this location and it was a joke. My burrito was a blob that was placed fold down so when I went to lift it it just fell apart. Using the foil wasn’t an option as the foil wasn’t even all the way around the burrito. Chicken was dry and tasted like it’s been sitting around. Hardly any sauce. Chips are just mass bought and portioned off in bags. Gauc has no flavor - just avocados and onions. The salsa also has no flavor, I’m sure it’s from a jar. Not good."
