"If I could give this store a zero I would. I love their food. The woman taking the order was so rude she wouldn't let me finish my order and continuously cut me off. We finally just pulled off."

"This Long John Silver's restaurant is always a stop when I am in the area. We live almost an hour away, but have to grab food when out that way. The food is always as expected...yummy, greasy, and heats up perfectly in the air fryer. I love the workers at this Long John Silver's location. I don't know her name, but the lady that works the register is always super friendly and goes out of her way to be nice."

"I love LJS and have since 1968 when the first one came to my home town. I visit the one in Elyria about 3 times a month. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. Food is always hot and good. The staff is no nonsense and works to get the food out hot and crisp. The place is clean. They pay attention and are helpful. I will continue to eat here."

"I love long john silvers, but this one had the rudest 2 women at the drive thru. No hello, thank you,come again or anything, just the total is all they said. They were so slow as if it was a strain to move. I won't be coming back here unless they get friendlier staff and in shape enough to move quicker than a snail"
