"Took my daughter here to get three wisdom teeth extracted. They went out of their way to get her in early because I was changing insurance companies. The entire staff was very friendly. The whole process went smoothly, and quickly. Only had one small problem, because the door man at registration sent us to the wrong floor when we arrived very thankful for these people."

"The professionalism and just kindness makes up for... waiting rooms not large enough. I would for sure give it a 10 the medical staff does it's part Very well.. You are met with many professionals checking on you making sure you great it's never a long wait Very efficient. But I do think EVS should do their part better.. dust in halls and the corners and walls could be wiped. Professional care and friendly faces and excellent service is a 5...."

"Ok I was very nervous about having this done today so I agreed to be put to sleep for the procedure. However upon checking in I was stuck without a person to show up! Well they were able to accommodate me “Thankfully “! Everything was on point from the time I drove into the parking lot to the time the procedure was completed. I was so nervous and everyone of the staff went out of their way to reassure me that I was in good hands. And I was , procedure went smoothly ZERO PAIN LITTLE PRESSURE! Lots of good people! Thanks UC Holmes the whole crew was so awesome!"

"I just got my wisdom teeth out May 9th. The wait was about an hour but I was nervous so I didn’t mind. The procedure itself went fine. But unless I asked questions, none of the doctors or nurses really made any conversation with me. Yet they were poking and prodding, lifting my shirt to put on monitors and couldn’t even communicate considering I told them I’ve never been put under or had any surgeries. They gave me the sedative through my IV without letting me know that’s what they were doing at the time. Even after I woke up it was little to no interaction. Unless again I asked any questions. Eventually they put me in a wheelchair and took me down to my boyfriend who was waiting with the car. And even he noticed how they just handed me off. My boyfriend said they just told him I did great and told us to have a great day. Which I can also recall because it was a very quick interaction. They gave no verbal instructions or information to either of us about my surgery. I don’t know why considering prior to the surgery in the waiting room we watched people being walked out and the nurses giving their guardian every detail. I have stitches but they didn’t tell me that either. I knew by feeling it poking me. I was sent home with just an extra pack of gauze and an after care paper. I was prescribed no medication. I checked my MyChart and they’ve listed medications they’ve supposedly prescribed and said they gave verbal instructions. Which is false. We’ve called the pharmacy and the oral nurses at the hospital and they both have said I don’t even have any scripts posted. Which sounds pretty bizarre to me considering they just cut my mouth open! MyChart has a record of your recent doctors who’ve treated you and no one is even listed for me to contact about my surgery. I have no follow up appointment or anything. I definitely don’t feel safe to go back. And I don’t plan to"
