Marco's Pizza

"This place is the absolute biggest headache to order from. Ordered an Xlarge 12 cut pizza with three crust toppers and extra cups of dipping ranch on the side. recieved a large 8 cut pizza, with no crust toppers, no dipping sauce. Meaning they did not give me ANYTHING that i actually ordered. called the store to see how this can be fixed and Waited on hold for 25 minutes without getting to speak to a person until i just gave up. After continously bad service, i will never order from marcos again. No wonder why it has such terrible reviews."

"The Sausage Magnifico with no Sausage!!!!!!!! Today is 12/18/2023 I just had the worse experience at This Marco's Pizza ever and this will be my last order at this particular location. I have had wrong orders in the past and they have always made up for it, but today I ordered a "Sausage Magnifico". After I brought home the pizza, I noticed there was no Sausage in it (how ironic is that!!). I called the store and explained this to the person that answered the phone. He did NOT apologize and just told me to take the pizza back and that I could wait for another pizza to be made with sausage. I asked if there was anything else he could do for the inconvenience, he sounded very agitated and said "you could bring the pizza back and I will refund your money" I asked him if he could give me some kind of discount. He said there was nothing else he could do for me and that he wasn't giving me a free pizza take it or leave it. I told him that I didn't want a free pizza and could I speak to the Manager. He said he was the assistant Manager. I was in shock as to how unprofessional, unapologetic and unwilling to even try to make anything right for the customer. This has been the worse customer service the I have received and will not order from there again. Customer Service is Everything!!!!"

"Swear they made my $16.20 pizza next to the toppings. Also ignored request to swap ranch for marinara sauce."

"Very sad for an assistant manager to have such a bad attitude on the phone very dry and quick . Could not order double extra cheese to my pizza, could not order extra croutons to my Caesar salad, than asked his name ? he asked why do you need my name ? I replied, in case I need to talk to your manager. He said, I'm the assistant manager. I sarcastic said, oh wow you have great customer service. He said thanks your order will be 30 - 35 minutes. Did not even ask how I was paying. Quick to hang up. I hurried and said I will pay cash He said ok bye Very sad assistant manager is that way with customers who keep the door open for business without us a business is nothing With customer service, and food quality Is what brings back customers. Today is December 5 at 5:49 pm Order was placed. Large pepperoni pizza, Caesar salad w/ 2 liter Starry"

"I ordered here yesterday a curbside order. When I got there I waited 17 minutes. Finally I went inside. They said they never received the notification that I sent 2 times. In a note I complained that they always forget the sealed cups of garlic butter sauce. I did receive them this time. The box was saturated. I can only guess this was garlic butter their response to my complaint. Do not go here. You won't get what you pay for. Curbside? Never had a problem before. So not happy. The chicken club sub was nothing great. Usually it is."
