"Placed an advanced order to pick up pizza at 5:45 and showed up on time, but had to wait 20+ minutes in their cramped lobby with 10 other people because they accepted more orders than they could handle. One of my pizzas I received was lukewarm, the other was cold. I called in to see if they could help remedy the situation. They told me that the order was put in to be ready at 4pm and since I showed up late, there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they were too busy. I called back a bit later and spoke with the manager who told me the pizza was freshly prepared and was cut right before given to me. So which is it... was the order prepared for a 4pm pickup, or was it prepared right as I picked it up after 6pm? The manager kept insisting that the pizza was finished at the exact time I reached the counter, he was essentially calling me a liar for reporting that the pizza was cold. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time."
