"I've been going on and off to Selenti's since I was a teenager. Yeah a long time, I know. For the most part I have been pretty good as far as the food that I had prepared for me and my family. Now there was a time or two I did get my orders a little bit well done. But yeah I would still recommend this place to anyone. And yes I'm going to continue myself going there for lunches and dinners. I just wish that they would broaden there menu or just change it up a bit"
"Owner says It’s too difficult to put the correct prices and items on their website. As a result, I paid for something they were out of or no longer offer. A real disappointment when ordering pizza for a family get-together. I called the store and eventually reached young people that couldn’t care less if there was an issue with the order. On a positive note, if you reach out to the store on their website, the owner does read the complaints. I left my number for a Manager call back. Don’t bother making suggestions though, the owner is overly defensive and communicates that they do everything correctly. While talking to the owner, I realized “the customer is always WRONG”. Poor food quality for the price. Too many better options for pizza in Lorain. I gave Selenti’s Pizza my last shot. I never thought anything I have eaten from there was worth the money. Frozen items from the grocery heated in the oven is just as good."
"Our pizza was hot and yummy! I love their ham, cheese and pepperoni sub! The staff is so friendly every time we go in to pick up our order!"
"Ordered and paid online for a 1/2 sausage 1/2 pepperoni Sheet Pizza. I received 32 pieces of BURNT pizza. My grandkids were so hungry I did my best to pick pieces I thought were edible to get them started. Only when I called and asked them why they sold me a burnt pizza they were clear they were not willing to do anything about it. SO I would advise never pay upfront, it’s clear they were paid and not concerned about the quality of their product in our neighborhood who has kept them in business all these years. I’m sure the KIDS who are working there now are responsible for their failure! Order elsewhere!!"
