"Even before the automated drive thru process, ordering at this McDonald's is just plain difficult. I have never gotten a single order and everything be correct in it, but today takes the cake, how am I missing 2 hash browns and I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and I received a plain bagel. I'm sorry but I'm convinced you can't be this stupid, you have to put effort into being this stupid. I hope the quality of the service improves, I will find other places worth my time and money."
"This has got to be the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been too. Not only are they slow, they do not take care of you as they should. I waiting for 15 minutes for someone to come to the register so I can pay for my food because the kiosk wouldn’t except my card. Plus you have a lot of teenagers coming from the school in there being obnoxious. Y’all really need to do better!!"

"I went for a quick lunch, it was so fast that they forgot the meat in my big Mac order. I was super disappointed with the service, and the worst part was I didn't notice it until I was at the hospital ready to eat. I'm not going back ever."
