"Normally we like them, but this time starting with the call to order because online doesn't let you order specifically, we were told to talk to them direct because we have an order they couldn't "understand" only to be told by the guy who answered he could not help me and didn't know why they put me through to him. So, I ended up ordering online, the choice we made was the steak sandwich and a small pizza. The sandwiches were nothing but burned cheese with what looked like one slice of steakum crumbled up and layer in the middle of the bun, and the pizza was one of their new ones that had hardly nothing on it although it was supposed to be "loaded" needless to say we will not be doing business with Broadway location again, however we will give Amherst a try next time."
