"I've read all the bad reviews of this place and I was kind of scared to go there. My experience was completely different than most of those. I arrived at my appointment early and was greeted by friendly staff. They got me in fairly quickly considering the waiting room was pretty packed. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and professional."
"[UPDATE] 11/14/2023 I have decided to leave the Clinical Neuroscience Institute, after I was told I had to wait until February of the new year in order to see someone! I was originally suppose to see my new doctor on the 6th of November, but I caught Covid and the body aches with it were inflating the pain of my lower lumbar muscles that I had pulled sometime during my bout with Covid. I had to cancel my appointment to go to Soin to get my back treated, because I couldn't move very well and I was in such pain. On my way to Soin I called the Institute to reschedule and registration told me I would have to wait all the way up until February in order to be seen by Dr. Pinkus. That was the LAST straw, I told the registration woman that I will no longer be going to the Institute and will instead be seen by Dr. Soin! After the conversation with her I called the Pain Management Clinic and told them I would like to be seen by Dr. Soin from now on and I would no longer be seen by the Institute. They asked if I wanted to make an appointment with Dr. Soin and I agreed, what was laughable is that I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Soin within the month as opposed to having to wait until after the New Year to see Dr. Pinkus! Absolutely ridiculous!! Why should I have to wait until after the New Year to see someone who is possibly yet another student who is going to complete their internship and then leave to follow their career? I'm not mad that those students eventually get to go off to be in the careers they studied for, I'm mad that I'm still being passed around from student to student instead of seeing an actual resident that specializes in chronic and complex migraine treatment, someone who has experience and who has BEEN done with their internship."
"The Dr and the office staff are very unprofessional when comes to seeing patients in a timely manner! Plus they don’t give a care at all about their established patients. I called two days in a row to try and get some help with something. They said they would message the Dr. I never heard back!! Their scheduling is that of the stone ages!!! When you do get in, well let’s just say you better take the whole day off!!! Who knows how long you will be sitting in the waiting room!!"
"Just ok seating, checking in and out. Doctor is very nice his staff is easy going. They have floating nurses so it can be a clinical place. It is clean, moderate energy..I don't look forward to going to this office..or being in the waiting rooms. As I can't be at ease what I think may be a concern is not the same as staff or doctors. There needs to be a support staff member to help with paperwork, answer questions, about ins or non medical questions. Medical side they are very good at what they do."
"Wish I could give zero stars. I was forced to wait for insurance approval before scheduling an appointment. I was called to schedule the appointment. I followed up going to this appointment. Find out later I have a $3K bill that was never approved by insurance. To top it off my insurance was never even contacted about this. $3K is a lot of money when struggling to get by on Social Security Disability. Wife called many times with no success. Asked for the manager and left a message for her. The manager told she would contact us by Monday at the latest. It is now Thursday. We have called again and left message with no response."
