"The food was good but the experience was overshadowed by the unbelievably rude service. We we're told there was a 6 minutes wait on sandwiches. We agreed to wait. After 20 minutes we could clearly see the sandwiches on the counter so we asked how much longer. The lady behind the counter yelled and then refused to hand us the order. She made her coworker hand it across the counter. Would not recommend the wait."
"I get it. Everyone is short-handed! But these people at Popeye's are giving it they're all. Every time I'm here they are busy. Today there was a online and I was 5 or 6 back. I find myself secretly rooting on the dude feeling the order. As my order got nearer, I found myself wanting to holler out go man go, you can do it! I watched him as he feel my order. I was thinking to myself, yeah that's it, four pieces of chicken, he grabbed one biscuit. Oh no I had two biscuits! He double check the receipt and I saw him go back for the other biscuit. Yeah buddy, you got this! If you find yourself complaining about this service or that the orders not perfect. Hope you're happy but behind the counter and do it yourself! Then let's see how perfect you are!"
"Fast, friendly service. Michael took great care of me. He was very helpful and personable. The prices were very reasonable for a travel plaza. It was $8.69 for a shrimp basket with fries and a biscuit. The food came out hot and fresh. I would definitely eat here again."
