"My wife and I greatly enjoy tropical smoothie and were excited that a new location opened up closer to our house (Springboro location). We've gone to this location 4 times now and each time we thought that the food and smoothies were considerably worse than the Centerville location. Today I had the displeasure of ordering a southwest wrap that was completely and utterly inedible. The "chicken" was grey (and extremely wet?) and the "eggs" were the same consistency as wet sand. Despite my initial hesitation, I decided to try eating the wrap and had to immediately spit out my bite and throw the rest of it in the trash. The management team appears to be cutting corners to save money and/or are lacking reasonable standards for food quality. Needless to say, we will now be driving the extra 10 minutes to the Centerville location to guarantee higher quality food and smoothies standards."

"Store hours say they open at 8 AM. Arrived at 8:10 and they weren’t open and there was two other cars waiting. Disrespectful to customers to not be open when you say you will be open."
