"We sent our terrier to 30 day training with potty issues, he came back with potty issues and now is also extremely timid/depressed. I've tried calling, but Vince is too busy to take phone calls, instead he texts vague and or contradicting advice on what could be happening. It seems he used a pronged collar to punish my dog when he wouldn't obey new commands with a tug. If you're not aware what pronged correction collars are, as we weren't, I encourage you to Google them. Very displeased with the training and overall experience. Feel like my money was taken, my dog came back worse off and now Vince is unavailable from 8 am to 8 pm due to a heavy schedule. Beware"
"Took my 13 week (at the time) German Shepherd to Vince for a 30 day board and train! And boy did he come back a different dog! Vince did such an amazing job with him, and kept us in the loop the entire time! 10/10 would recommend!"

"Take your dog(s) to Vince at Black-Tie K9! We rescued a dog back in May and she did not get along with our other dogs. Causing a little chaos in the pack. Little did we know, all four of our dogs needed training. With 4 different personalities, Vince has established the foundation for them to not only get along as a pack but has trained my husband and I as well. You may laugh but humans need just as much direction as the dogs. He continues to check on the dogs and us to see how we are all doing. Can't wait to keep working with Vince to challenge us to be better dog owners and to see each of our dogs continue to succeed."
