"Honestly, if it wasn't for this daycare I wouldn't be able to work and bring an income for me and my son. The owner Gladys is just a fantastic person as well as her staff nothing but nice and welcoming. I feel like part of the family it's always clean and they work with me I will forever and ever be grateful for this daycare. "I have 2 children I trusted Little Footsteps Bilingual Child Enrichment to care for when I returned to work full time after my 12 week maternity leaves. They have cared for my children like they were family. The kids are always well-fed, loved, and even from the very first day I dropped them off my babies were at ease and never had any issues with separation anxiety and as they grew older they never complained about not wanting to go to daycare. I will definitely be keeping my now 22 month old there until she’s old enough to go to Kindergarten. I love how Bilingual she is becoming too. So if you are looking for a 5-star daycare with a in-home daycare feel I highly recommend Little Footsteps."

"The worse daycare center ever. If you are a single parent don’t send your child here especially if your child haven’t been around many people because these people will constantly complain that the child sick and you’ll take Child to the doctor and they will say that there’s nothing wrong it’ll cost you lots of money for co-pays for doctor visits. And if you don’t have any family members or anyone to look after the child you will lose jobs because I’ve lost two jobs because of the incompetence of the Director here she doesn’t know what she’s doing and they really need to be investigated. They can’t keep employees every time you turn around there’s a new person there no I will say the teachers for the ones that have been there I agree they truly care about the children but there’s definitely need to be more training for the staff and the Director. They need more teachers for the infant room because their a few times where I’ve picked my child up with a soaking wet diaper socks wet didn’t have a coat on when it was cold outside"

"Do not take your children to this daycare! My son had a busted lip, none of the staff knew what happened. The manager Glady Ortiz does not know the first thing about how to run a daycare, she did not care that her staff knew nothing about my sons busted lip, there was no incident report and didn’t even try to comfort my son, my son told me the teacher Wanda Torres didn’t even try to comfort him, but then tells me I can’t bring my children to this daycare. The daycare is dirty, the staff is rude and my son is ALWAYS hungry and dirty when I pick him up. If you want a staff that cares for your children do not bring your kids here"
