"Worst Pizza Ordering Experience ever. Took 45 minutes just to get a pizza in the oven. Then when I called to simply ask how much longer it would take, I got chewed out by a manager who proceeded to lecture me about how, "no one wants to work for a living." This person needs to be fired. I don't think I'll be ordering a pizza from this location ever again. I have never been so insulted in my entire life."

"We ordered 3 pizzas for my daughters pottery painting party and the pizzas were a real hit! I especially liked the vegetarian one. I’ve had them at different pizza shops and sometimes the vegetables are not cooked enough but this one was perfect!"

"The heavier set lady has been disgustingly rude on multiple occasions about car side pickup. She claimed my hazards weren’t on, yet before that called to say i’ve been waiting 10 mins and that even the lady has acknowledged us. Well, she said she never saw us, yet wants to accuse me of never using my hazard lights on. She even argued about it. Pizza was good, but my whole mood ruined due to how poorly she treated me as a customer."

"Goodness, I don’t even know where to start. I typically only write reviews when I am absolutely blown away by something in a positive light. We live locally and consider pizza night a special treat. We have ordered twice from this domino’s and have been highly disappointed both times. The first time we ordered we ordered a traditional crust, a thin crust and chicken wings. Our thin crust pizza was completely burnt with only a few pieces being edible. We never received our chicken wings and were given cinnamon twist instead. I did not make a formal complaint about it, as we typically roll with the punches. I mean I realize that things happen. The second time we ordered a traditional crust as well as tried their pan crust and soda. The traditional crust was fine however the pan crust was completely undercooked and Raw dough on the inside. I called asking if they could send another pizza explaining that it was completely raw. I was told that they could not as they were incredibly busy and it would take 2+ hours for another pizza to get here. The young man on the phone who happened to be the manager said that he would make it right by refunding my entire order. When I told him that I paid with cash he asked if I could come into the store to get my refund. I told him that I could not make it in and that I would be going in on Friday or Saturday morning. He assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem to ask to speak to Kayla and I would be refunded. Saturday, when I went to the store I was met with who I presume is Kayla as she introduced herself as the GM. Her face alone told me that she had no clue what I was talking about. She seemed to be quite skeptical of the events that took place. After explaining the entire situation and giving her all the necessary information she told me that he should’ve never said that. She said that this one time she could do a refund but never again. At that time she simply gave me a refund for the one raw pizza $6 .This was about $20 short from the refund that I was told I was receiving. When I reiterated this to her she stated back again “he should’ve never said that.” At this point I told her politely, that was not my problem however, I was told one thing and she was not honoring it. This is bad business. The two times that I have ordered I have not received what I paid for. I’d also like to point out that no matter what I was still paying a delivery fee and a tip both times. I was so turned off by the way that this GM handled the situation. The customer service… What customer service? A complete joke. At the end of the day, I truly don’t care about the $20 that I was told I would receive in refunding my order… It’s more about the principle of it. How I was spoken to… just disgusting. I know one thing for sure, Mios, larozzas, dewys would never ever allow this to occur!m"

"2/9/17 We ordered the Extravaganza pizza this evening and were very disappointed. We ordered it without sausage and when our pizza arrived it appeared to have sausage on it. It was also so greasy that the box was soggy. The pizza also just tasted odd in general. When we called to complain, the store manager on duty started arguing with us and raising her voice stating she made our pizza (order stated that Johnny made our pizza) and she did not put sausage on it and that it was beef. She didn't even care about our other complaintsabout , she was just yelling about the beef. If that was beef, they need to change suppliers or spend money on better product. We order fairly often from here and have never had a problem until tonight. All she had to do was apologize and try to make it right but she obviously missed her training on customer service. Needless to say, we will probably not order from them again and spend our money elsewhere."
