"So I went to Pizza Hut tonight because my kids and I had been to a movie and I didn’t feel like cooking. I ordered 2 pizzas through the Pizza Hut app I selected the pay in cash option. I get there, go in and tell the man I’m picking up. He tells me my total which was $14. I pay with a $20. Then the man proceeds to say “is the remainder money tip?” I acted like I didn’t hear him to which he repeats himself. I look him in the eyes and say “no.” I’m sorry but I am a server and I would never in my life ask a customer if their change was a tip. For him to do this when I did all the work except make the pizza. All he did was his job and he is paid to do that. Not like a server wage of $4 dollars per hour. He actually expected a 42% tip ! Seriously!!! I will never be back to this Pizza Hut again and I will be telling all my friends and neighbors. This is why tipping is so out of hand as of late because of people like him who believe my change is entitled to him."
"I ordered two 8 peice boneless chicken wings and 2 sides of ranch and it totaled out to be $23 i payed for it and it came . well about a hour later i was charged with a $7 tip which i never gave . now this is the second time its happend. i called up there and no service was provided , said that there was nothing they could do . they got my cashapp account closed due to “suspicious activity” right after the second time it happend!!"
"They closed the nearest pizza hut to me and this ones about 7 miles from me. I was very pleased with how clean it was and the staff was friendly and my order was perfect I'll definitely be back."
"Something bad has happened here. I think there is new ownership or something. i have been coming here for years and never had any issue with the Thin 'n Crispy pizzas I have ordered. Tonight was an exception. This was the worst pizza I have ever had. Take a look at the picture. What the hell happened? I got two pieces of pepperoni on every slice. whether I needed it or not. It looks bad and tastes bad. I won't visit this store again."
"Ordered a 8 pc honey bbq boneless wing and a 8pc of mild boneless wing .. I understand that they're 75 cents a piece but what they considered a boneless wing was at best a piece of popcorn chicken!!!"
