Domino's Pizza

"I came in to pick up my online order and the associate that rang us out was extremely helpful and courteous. She even went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our orders. Great job Domino’s!"

"I went into this location this evening for dinner, and was shocked and disgusted by this particular store. The employees weren’t wearing gloves, nor was there any handwashing. This store obviously doesn’t acknowledge any OSHA standards. There was a young girl with glasses and a ponytail who kept coughing and sneezing without covering her mouth. I saw employees touching their cell phones; as well as eating then going back to make food. You’re supposed to wash your hands between touching different surfaces. The customer service also sucks. I wish that they’d get it together."

"The food was warm but my order was messed up I ordered a double pepperoni and pineapple pizza received a plain pineapple pizza then called and the woman on the phone was very rude and disrespectful they won’t remake my pizza unless I bring a full pizza back but they give me a credit? The woman said she was the only one there cooking but when I came in to pick up my food I saw a guy pulling a pizza out of the oven and she proceeded to try to argue with me about my experience if rate any lower on service I absolutely would."

"I ordered in the evening here, maybe around 9p.m., or so, will never eat here again, the place was being cleaned food was all over the service table where they make you food.. The person there was moving stuff around and sweeping the floors. When I walked in to get my order he just stopped what he was doing and handed me my food without washing his hands. The manager was about 5/6 feet away from him and she never said a word to him... When I got home the food looked so bad and burnt that I threw it in the garage can, I usually order from here but I'll never order during the evening/night shift again."

"Edit August 2023-#domino's I have to say the new management after the Glass family embarrassment has been making things pretty great. Last 2 times I've ordered the foods been so hot and fresh I have had to wait to let it cool down!!! Increased my review to a 3 from 1. You go @domino's Deleted old review. Got Dominos Norwood delivery Wednesday 12/28/22. What a DISASTER of what appeared to have previously been Pizza. First off, was over an hour before it came. Secondly. The make shift manager (he said he was just called over from another store) was condescending saying "the foods in a hotbox, it will be fine" after I called checking the status. HERE IS THE FINAL PRODUCT."
