Domino's Pizza

"I ordered a pizza and it NEVER CAME!! I called and said it was marked as delivered but wasn't here. They assured me it would only be a few minutes. 30 minutes passed and still no pizza. I called again except this time I couldn't get a hold of anyone at all! I paid 25$ to receive NOTHING and I've never been more upset with a restaurant. I feel like I've been stolen from!!!"

"These types of issues only happen with the location at 2901 Short Vine St, Cincinnati, OH 45219. The order process was tedious as the website ran into multiple issues. my order was given to someone else and it took me an entire two hours to get a replacement delivered. even the replacement order was incorrect. I will strongly discourage anyone from ordering from this place."

"By far the worst dominios. It never fails, every single time I order from this particular location my food is overcooked or improperly prepared. This time they made our pasta not in the pan. I can't make this up. The pizza is overcooked, dried out, and hard. I called and asked to speak to a manager. I was explaining what was wrong with the order (my exact words were, "There are a few things wrong with my order. The first thing is the pasta isn't in a pan, it is just sitting on paper"......the "manager" put me on hold and left me on hold for 13 minutes 47 seconds and never came back to the phone. I called back and the same "manager" seemed confused as she thought the "manager" had spoken to me. She let me know that she isn't even supposed to be working and that I needed to speak to the shift manager. I was placed on hold again but this time the phone was placed down. Approximately six minutes later, the same "manager" returned to the line. I politely explained that I would like a full refund. She agreed to honor my request and stated she would refund the money $45 and pick up the food. She did state the reason why the food was just on a cooking sheet was because they ran out of pans. This is the only location where I constantly have issues. I order from other Dominios and the quality and care that is taken in preparing the food is by far superior. Upon "manager" arrival she only gave $38 refund because she said she couldn't prove that I actually paid the driver $45 and that the $38 was my food order total. Furthermore, she stated that she not suppose to even give the cash back but she only did it because I was mad. I never once raised my voice, cussed, or even remotely gave the impression I was mad. I was very calm and polite to her. I didn't even verbalize any form of personal opinions. I clearly stated what the issue was and requested a refund."

"I would honestly give 0 stars if I could. This has been the most unprofessional and disappointing order I've ever placed. Ordered a pizza that I was using points for and a few other items and everything was fine and the ETA was about 25 minutes as usual. An hour goes by and I don't hear anything. I call the store, and am put on hold for 10 minutes. Hang up, and call again and was hung up on as soon as the phone was answered. Repeated that step 5 times. Another half hour goes by and the driver says he is 1 minute away.... not true. 30 minutes goes by and nothing. He then marks the order as complete. Not at my door. Not at my apartment building. Nothing. Call again, someone finally answers. Tells her my ordeal. She apologizes and has the store remake my order and says I will be delivered to first since I waited so long. Great. Another hour and a half goes by... I call again. The manager says it's busy and that it should be another 30 minutes before I get my food. Okay, but waiting 3 1/2 hours busy? No. He offers a dessert for my time... not worth it. I day I'd rather have a refund, and so he said "sure it'll be back on your card within a week" and promptly cancels my order. Well, they still delivered it, but left it outside in the cold... in the apartment building around the corner... not even the sane building. Absolute last time I ever order from Dominos."
