Fortune Noodle House

"Wonderful noodles and wonderful service! Pictures uploaded are actually from three separate visits if that tells you how much I love this restaurant! Bringing friends and family here, there are a surplus of options, but being a noodle house you have to try both the sliced and the hand pulled noodle. Of my personal favorites, I loved both styles of fried noodles with cumin lamb, my roommate loved the sliced noodle with ground pork. Both offer a perfectly chewy picture with every bite. As of recently, I fell in love with the Sichuan street spicy and sour noodles! While they don’t have the same texture as the handmade, the noodles fit perfectly onto your spoon and the fatty cuts of beef are balanced by the spicy sour flavors of the broth. One thing I will say is with the Dan Dan noodles and chongqing spicy noodle, expect those to be a little more “bland” as compared to the fried dishes that absorb the sauces really well. Definitely coming back to try more!"

"The food here is wonderful and the service is always so friendly. The older lady (owner) is a very nice person who is patient with orders. I love coming here!"

"I'm from NJ. I had more chances to have more authentic flavor experience with Chinese cuisine. To be honest, the food tasted here did not impress me but still OK. Service was a bit slow since there was only one to serve all guests. You might need some patience to be served.... I saw some customers came in and left due to this. Price is reasonable and regular. This is only my personal impression for my visit."

"I live a simple, gray, dull life. Boring job, boring friends, boring day-to-day activities. My life was dark and dreary until I stepped foot in Fortune Noodle House. One bite of their Homestyle Tofu and their Stir Fried Egg and Tomato dish, I saw color for the first time in my life. I heard birds chirp, rainbows shine, and my taste buds came alive. In all seriousness, Fortune Noodle House is THE best restaurant that this region has to offer. If you have not been then you must go as soon as you can. Rachel and her husband are the warmest and nicest people that you will ever have the pleasure of coming across. The food is fresh and delicious. Don't just take the food to go, sit and stay a while. "Really great food! We ordered a ton of food and it came out so quick. We had great service and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Would have given five stars but my family referred to the bathrooms as “nightmarish.” After hearing that I decided to skip the haunted house like bathrooms and stuck to enjoying my beef stew noodles. Definitely worth a trip, just use the bathroom somewhere else before you dine in"
