"They're very fast and professional. I never go in but going through the drive through is usually a fairly quick experience and they're very good at getting your order correct ,which means everything when going through a drive through."

"The new look is nice, BUT. It went bad from there. Too much to put on here. Got my order completely wrong, My wrap came out of the wraper onto the counter, the girl still put it in my bag. Found a 4 inch by 4 inch piece of plastic cooked between my double. I called the manager on duty and took it back. Walked in only to be laughed at by the cooks and other employees. ( Not the manger). She was apologetic and nice. Always loved my Wendy's until this experience. There is more but I'm not putting it on here."

"Unfortunately, I didn't catch the front counter lady's name but she was INCREDIBLY nice!!! She was also outside when we were leaving and told us to have a great evening.. she was cleaning the restrooms when we arrived. As a long-time gas station employee, I notice & appreciate a lot! I told her they looked great and she beamed with gratitude!"

"I'll start off by saying I'm very understanding when restaurants are busy and/or short staffed. However, this place was neither tonight. Got here about 9:10 and ordered 4 items. Got to the window and they said there was a wait on spicy chicken nuggets. No biggie, there's always a wait for those, so I parked where they told me to and waited. 15 minutes goes by. Besides the 2 cars that were immediately behind me, nobody else had gone through the drive thru, nobody inside besides the 5-6 employees. Backed up to see if they were on their way and just see 2 employees by the drive thru window glued to their phones. So I go back around and pull up to the window. One employee just stood there staring at me then called for someone else to come over. Next guy (who had seen me previously) thought I was there for a door dash order. Could tell he completely forgot about me... said he'd go have them make our food. Another lady was at least honest and came back and said "sorry, we completely forgot about you". 25 minutes later we're finally pulling out with our 4 items and realize they forgot the sauce. I would have more patience had the employees not just been standing around talking and playing on their phones."

"Stopped here for a quick bite on a Sunday after church. A couple cars ahead of me, went quickly. Food was hot and fresh. Cashier had some trouble applying my coupon, and couldn't understand that my total hadn't changed after she thought she'd applied it, but was very polite while we figured it all out. Their parking lot/driveway into the parking lot is horrible. Huge pot holes."
