"We've stayed at Murphin Ridge Inn three times over the last several years. It is our favorite annual getaway trip. We stay in the cabins and have had a different one each time; all are wonderful. Breakfast is delicious, and I'd recommend booking a dinner reservation for at least one night. No wifi in the cabins, but that is why we come! Put away the cell phone and live slower and quieter. We take walks on the paths, read books, bring board games, bring a few movies downloaded on our tablet, and talk. The only improvement would be putting some pickleball lines on the tennis court. Very nice staff; we plan to continue this annual tradition!"

"We love to stay at Murphin Ridge Inn!! We go to Murphin 3-4 times per year to get away from Cincinnati to Adams County. We're always welcomed like family. The Inn is a lodge, another house that cant be rented partially or in its entirety, and a collection of free standing cabins. The rooms are always immaculately clean and well maintained. There are thoughtful amenities in the rooms, including daily deliveries of cookies! The property is large and has hiking trails. It is also close to the Edge of Appalachia Nature Preserve that has many great hiking opportunities. Staying at the Inn includes breakfast, and you will never leave hungry. Homemade granola, a breakfast "starter", and then a main course awaits you. Make sure to make reservations in the Inn's restaurant for dinners (by far the best restaurant in Adams County). The Innkeepers directly supervise the kitchen. The ribeye is not to be missed!! In the summer, competition level barbeque is on the weekend menu. Overall, a great place to get away from the city. Relax and unwind in Adams County!!"

"We just got back from our fifth stay at Murphin Ridge Inn, and I couldn't wait to share the love. Seriously, this place is like our second home now. The staff is amazing. They treat you like family. You can feel the warmth and friendliness from the moment you walk in until you sadly have to leave.The food is hands down the best we've ever had. Farm-to-table goodness for breakfast and dinner . We always leave every meal and cant wait to the next one.Tucked away in Amish Country, The cabins are cozy, the grounds are gorgeous, and you can't help but relax. Love the in-room fire place and jacuzzi. If you're looking for a calm getaway with amazing food and the friendliest staff ever, Murphin Ridge Inn is your spot. We're already planning trip number six!"

"My husband and I came here for our honeymoon for 5 nights. We stayed in cabin 5 which was very nice and romantic. The food at their restaurant was the best food either of us had ever eaten! The staff was incredibly sweet and on top of things. The scenery there is gorgeous too! There are cute walkways around the Inn’s property, or for a bit of a drive, you can find some other adventurous hiking paths too. We enjoyed our time there so much and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a nice and peaceful getaway in the woods with amazing food and service."
