"It's alright ask for fresh food, they screw up orders here alot. So make sure you get your receipt and prepare to walk inside the building if they give you the wrong food in the drive thru."

"Ordered a soft taco with extra meat and cheese and no lettuce and my daughter ordered regular soft tacos she got more meat on hers lol don't order xtra meat and cheese unless you want to pay for nothing should have just handed them the extra money for a tip."

"We went through the drive thru. When we got home I found our order was wrong. I tried calling for 2 hours and no one answered. I called the next morning and the manager told me to bring the receipt in and they would replace it. I went to replace it and the manager, Sonny refused to replace it. I tried to show him proof that I tried calling, as well as pics of the food and proof of the call the next day at which he responded "I do not care. I am not replacing the order". I asked for corporates number and he refused to give it to me, telling me that "I don't care if you call Joe Biden himself. I am not replacing your order" Some of the other employees heard this and one guy told me "he talks to all women this way". The amount of disrespect and the embarrassment that Sonny provided is enough to make this location banned for me. We will not go back."

"Use to be a really nice, clean place but it now seems that most days the inside and outside doesn't even get the bare minimum sweep. Lot of the time they are out of either condiments or things like cups and napkins. A little while ago my family and went inside to sit and eat. My significant other ordered a large drink with his food. He walked over to the drink area where I was and I noticed his cup was very small for a large. So I asked him why he got a small cup instead of a large. He ordered a large and that is what the cashier handed him. He only drinks tea and usually gets a large so he can refill it to take with him, just like everyone else that eats inside. I looked at the receipt to make sure it said large and it did. So I went back up to the cashier to get the correct cup. I thought it was just an easy handed out the wrong size type thing, he was the only one that ordered a large. I started I tell him that we had actually ordered a large and was handed the wrong cup I thought. Thinking the empty cup would just be switch with the right size, but before I could finish what I was saying he cut me off and said we have no large, you get free refills anyways so does it really matter if u have a large. I feel dumb for even being offendednd over it. I mean it is what I paid for. so it just I get that it is just a few dollars but it was his rudeness and words that I thought was not okay"

"They were super under staffed and I sympathized with that because I know how it is so I was willing to be patient however... The store was a mess in both the kitchen area and the dining room. Once we ordered it took forever to get our food ( under staffed I get it). Then when we came back up to get sauce it took forever for them to ask what I needed even know one of the girls passed me several times. While waiting a lady had to come back in because they had forgotten her fry. When they gave her the fry box it was half empty so she said something about it and they filled it to standard but the one girl went and told the other girl and they laughed about it (that's ridiculous). The people on their phones could have been helping the others out instead of being on their phones. By the time I got the sauce I needed my food was cold. Then part of the order was wrong but we just ate what we could anyways. Between the wait time and how they treated the other customer there was no way I was about to go up to try to get it fixed. $30 isn't much but it was wasted and that's frustrating. It will be a long time before I decide to try there again."
