"Ordered a three piece white meat with slaw and got 3 piece dark with mash patato. Ordered a 2 piece with mash patatos add a side of slaw. Got 2 piece dark meat with slaw was charged for what I ordered then when I tried to call no answer and answering machine was full. Really poor service and no quality control at all. Poor owners management and staff."
"Will never eat here again! Employee said I was rude because I asked for condiments and for them to dilute my iced tea! Unbelievable! Yet when I go to eat my food, there were no napkins and no fork to eat Mac and cheese. More condiments than I needed included, yet I wasn’t supposed to ask for any! Not worth hassle to get something to eat!"
"My chicken tenders were cold an the breading all fell off the frys were cold hard an greasy the coleslaw didn't have any dressing on it. To much time under heat light. Wouldn't recommend to anyone for a Sunday dinner."
"Terrible service. My husband ask for something at the drive thru and had the window slammed in his face. Food was cold and the biscuits were so hard I banged them on the counter and they didn't even chip. Called corporate after not being able to reach the store and they sent me a voucher Went to a different KFC to claim it."
"Why is the lobby randomly closed all of the time? It’s a gamble rather or not my family can actually come here. Forced to sit in drive thru and once you get there they are out of everything. How is Kentucky fried chicken out of chicken? I have never had an experience like we do fairly consistently here."
