"The chicken was damn nasty. No seasoning an dont listen to orders correctly . Overcharged me $50 for somthing I didn't order an food everything was disgusting. Would never recommend."
"Watched one guy prepare my 2 meal boxes (sides, biscuits) THEN drop the chicken strips into the fryer. Then he disappeared. There were two girls working and they were playing patty cake and making noises at each other. The only person I saw actually working was a young gentleman. I saw him get the chicken tenders out of the fryer and proceed to make four sandwiches. During this time, two guys walked in and asked for someone. The young guy in the back finished making the sandwiches, left my boxes of sides sitting and walked out to the lobby and began chatting with his friends. It was at this point I asked him if anyone was going to make my food, after which he returned to his station and finished the order. I dont know how long they planned to have me wait, but none of the people working seemed concerned with customers or actually doing their job. Terrible experience."
"Go here all the time. The food is always hot and fresh if out I don't mind waiting for more to be made (even better). Only complaint is the fries are waay to salty each time I've tried them, so I just swap them for a different side no biggie since I like all their sides"
"First time in since a few months after they opened. That initial visit was awful. Much better experience this time around. Food was hot and fresh and service was prompt and courteous."
"Very disappointed. 2nd time at this location ordered nothing the first time they were out of thighs and legs. Today tried again had thighs and wings but when the mashed potatoes are large than both peices of chicken??? Won't b returning. I'll stick with Lees where a meal is a meal!"
