Pizza Hut

"Ordered a stuffed crust pizza that was so over cooked there were parts of the pizza that were hard as a rock. No way to bite or chew! Spots that were bubbled that had been poped that had no sauce or cheese! The stuffed crust cheese came out of the crust so the crust was hard too! Favorite pizza ever and now feel like it's just a waist of money when you can't even eat it! Then they send a survey out the next day and want a picture of the food that was thrown out the night before! I'm not a dirty person! I don't leave trash laying around my house.and why would I save trash!"

"When I go to Pizza Hut in Amelia, their morning shift is super welcoming and very friendly! The food is always top standard and above expectations! I’ve never had a bad experience ordering pizza or wings here and I’ll definitely continue to keep coming back. "Have had multiple orders messed up from this location including wrong orders, significantly late orders, and orders just not show up in general. The most recent mess up, we were told that the store never received our order, but I was charged for the order and expected delivery at 7:03 PM. We waited for 20 minutes to allow a late delivery before calling to discuss where our order was and were ultimately hung up on by the General Manager for simply trying to ask questions to get everything sorted out. I'm not sure how a cheese pizza gets delivered when a CHEESELESS pizza with pepperoni and beef is ordered and I REALLY don't understand a corporation having General Managers who hang up on customers who spent over $40 on dinner that never arrived and included a $5 tip for the driver to drive a half mile. This location has absolutely ruined Pizza Hut as a whole for our family and we will never order it again."
